We will prepare your order with the utmost care and will pack it personally.
The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and are calculated before check-out.
Objects of Obsession offers free standard delivery for orders above 150 euro delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders are shipped with DHL or PostNL.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium and 3 to 7 days inside of the EU for your package to arrive.
It will take 5 to 10 business days outside the EU to deliver your package.
If you have not received your order within the number of days, please consult the status of the shipment through the tracking number that you received via email. If you still have questions, please get in touch.
Delivery times are estimated and provided as guidelines only. The order will be sent to the address indicated on the order confirmation. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping details are correct to prevent delays.
Please note that, if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country.
Some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control. Also, deliveries may sometimes take a bit longer depending on your local postal service or the high number of orders at Objects of Obsession.
Objects of Obsession cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
Items purchased at one of our resellers cannot be exchanged or returned via the webshop.
