PAYMENT AND PRICES

Payment is made securely by PayPal, iDEAL, Bankcontact or Creditcard. All major credit and debit cards are accepted worldwide by PayPal. Payments are settled by Mollie.

 

As we are based in the Netherlands, payments are made in Euro’s and including VAT (21%). All our prices are calculated to current rates of currency exchange. Some bank exchange rates may vary slightly from prices shown.

 

Rate changes reserved. Price changes do not affect current orders.

After placing an order, an automatically generated confirmation email will be sent with the total costs, including shipping. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, you may have to pay import duty, formal customs entry fees or local sales taxes. These fees/taxes are your responsibility and must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. We cannot tell you what the costs would be as custom polities, import duties and sale taxes vary widely from country to country. Also, we will not refund any import duties and/or local sales taxes that your order may have incurred for returned items. In addition, some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining if there are any restrictions on the delivery of our products to your destination.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Objects of Obsession ships internationally and doesn’t charge any shipping costs for orders above €150. The packages are sent by standard delivery. Other shipping methods are possible but additionally charged.

 

Packages are dispatched from the Netherlands within 1-5 days after receipt of payment. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (e.g. if an article is temporarily out of stock) you will receive an email about this immediately. Delivery time starts as soon as Objects of Obsession has received your payment and processed the order. The order will be shipped to the address indicated on the order confirmation. All orders are shipped with DHL or PostNL. 

 

If there has been contact regarding a customized product, a different procedure is used: The customized product will be made ready for shipment after the buyer’s approval. The product will be shipped within 1-5 working days after payment is received.

Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If you reject a delivery or if an order due to erroneous addressing cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for any costs made. Shipping of an order in parts is permitted.

Pricing in case of typographical errors in price (and the price is therefore no longer proportional to the product), Objects of Obsession has the right not to send these products. You will be informed by e-mail.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of delivery.  Returns are only accepted for items of unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, otherwise this policy will be rendered void.

 

Please contact us prior before sending items return. Get in touch with us by sending an email.

 

Buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

 

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt.

 

*Note that every article is handmade so it may be that your order is slightly different from the pictures on our website.

 

As soon as we receive your returned item you will get a confirmation through email.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods. In case of withdrawal, you will receive a refund, which will include the shipping costs. Shipping costs for sending items back are at your own expense.

 

1. Fill in the return form included with your order or you can download it here.
2. Pack your order and the return from in the original shipping box or equivalent. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, including tag, box and dust bag(s). Please read all requirements below thoroughly.
3. Close the box and tape securely.
4. We advise you to insure the package with tracking service for you protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records.
5. Return address is mentioned on the return form.

 

The refund will be processed as soon as we have received the items. However, please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. We handle returns during business hours 9am – 6pm CET.

 

* For all returns outside the European Union, please note that it is your responsibility to notify your local authorities about the return, reliving you of any duties or taxes for the item(s) you do not wish to keep.

 

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 6-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.

 

GENERAL INDEMNITY
You agree to be fully responsible for and indemnify us fully from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses suffered by us and arising out of any breach of these terms of conditions by you or any other liability arising out of your use of this website or the use of another person accessing the website using your computer or account number and/or password.

 

PRIVACY
Personal information will be saved and handled with care, will never be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order. Objects of Obsession does not receive or store any credit card information on its computers and websites.
